Bio: A skilled technician with 25 years of experience in the door and window industry, I spent twenty-two years working for Peachtree Doors and Windows in Gainesville GA. After leaving Peachtree, I spent the following three years working for ProBuild Lumber in Atlanta. Much of my background is in field service, both as a manufacturer’s warranty rep and as a dealer rep. In addition to extensive service training at Peachtree, I have completed the AAMA InstallationMasters certification course, and attended two Andersen Window DSN service training seminars. I have had direct experience servicing Alenco, Andersen, Citation, JeldWen, Monarch, Peachtree, Vetter and other window and door brands. My specialty is door and window repair. Glass replacement, lock repair / replacement / installation, sliding door roller replacement, door and window adjustment, as well as miscellaneous home repairs. I do not consider myself to be a remodeling contractor – small jobs are what I emphasize. If a homeowner has a small repair job that needs to be done, particularly involving doors and windows, I can help. My target area is metropolitan Atlanta, North of Interstate 20. I am willing to consider jobs just about anywhere, so long as the customer understands the cost of transportation. My promise to my customers is that their work will be handled promptly, that quality will be my number one goal, that my pricing will be explained completely before work starts, and that no customer need feel obligated to pay me a penny until they feel satisfied with the work performed. It is my belief that there are customers who appreciate a professional worker who shows up on time and does the work that was promised. I anticipate that customers served in that way will recommend me to other customers in need of help.
